Only the Grade II listed facade of this property was retained which provided an opportunity to create a totally contemporary interior. Cornices and skirtings were replaced with recessed details and American Black Walnut was used as the flooring throughout. Ballustrades to the replacement staircases were in stainless steel and glass.
