Oliver Morgan Architects were commissioned by Prices Candles of Battersea, London to prepare a scheme for their redundant Victorian factory. Working with Elsworth Sykes Architects who designed the commercial component, OMA prepared the residential scheme and obtained planning permission for 6537 m² of residential development comprising 76 units with 6533 m² of commercial use and 1130 m² of retail.

Prices Candles sold the project and the residential component has been built out by the new owner with only minor variations to the original scheme.
