In spite of being in a Kensington Conservation Area, planning permission was obtained to relocate the entrance and the stairhall to the side of this double fronted property. This made it possible to form a 12 metre long reception room and to integrate the previously divided front garden into a single space.

The house is fully wired for Satellite, Cable and Terrestrial TV as well as for computer, fax and telephones with lower ground floor media room comprising both plasma and drop screen, automated blinds and surround sound.
