The original fabric of this Grade II listed corner property in Chelsea was restored with major work to the front stucco, replacement of cornices and restoration of doors and architraves. A distinction was made between the original building and new insertions which are clearly modern. A barrel vaulted hall with top lit pannelling integrating the dining room door leads from the entrance hall to a three storey void in the rear extension lit by a tall south facing window, the top section of which is etched for privacy. |
