Two large mansion flats in a Grade II listed building have been joined with a new staircase to form a single 700m unit. Complex structural issues, limited access and multiple party wall arrangements were negotiated to form a highly serviced and fitted flat. The main public reception rooms are in classical style with a more contemporary finish employed in the bedrooms and private reception areas.
